Located at gorgeous Mahoe Bay, the lovely Villa Open Deck is an ideal vacation home for a gathering of friends – and perfect for families! A spacious, flowing floor plan encompasses comfortable living and dining areas decorated in pretty Caribbean hues. The pool is delightful and surrounded by well appointed and ample space for sunning and relaxing, including a covered terrace for poolside meals. The villa's three bedrooms include two master suites – each with a king bed – at either end of the villa. The third bedroom features two queen sleigh beds; it too, has an en suite bath and guests can utilize a door that connects it to one of the master suites. This is a nice option for families with younger children.

The Great Room shares space with an indoor dining area, a bar and a kitchen which is fully equipped with a side by side fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Villa Open Deck has beautifully upholstered, comfortable sofas and chairs. The spacious outdoor covered terrace has a large dining table as well as an outdoor living area that is furnished with comfortable seating by Lloyd/Flanders. Ceiling fans are strategically placed both indoors and outdoors. An Open Deck surrounds the beautiful pool area and overlooks the magnificent view. Colorful flowering plants enhance the landscaping and the newly resurfaced tennis court is conveniently nearby.

Mahoe's magnificent white sand beach is just 250 feet from the villa and the sound of the gentle lapping warm waves keeps guests happily in the vacation mode.

Protected by two coral reefs, the swimming is wonderful and the snorkeling even better. Hours can be spent marveling at all the many species of rainbow colored fish. Tennis buffs – or those just looking for exercise – will be glad that there is a tennis court just adjacent to the villa.

Equipped with all the "mod cons", TV, CD/ DVD player, iPhone dock and WiFi, guests can keep in touch with the outside world to the extent they choose – or just leave it all behind.

Maid service is offered every day except Sunday and island holidays. Our on-island representatives are at Mahoe Bay to be of assistance as well as greet you at the airport or ferry dock.
